COVID-19 – Important Update for our customers – 24th June
CCS is passionate about the work it carries out and customer service continues to be our top priority, as well as the safety of customers and its people.
With the Government encouraging those workers who cannot work from home to return with caution, businesses have some big decisions to make. Here at CCS Insurance we are trying to strike the right balance between reopening the office as quickly as possible while ensuring the safety of both our customers and our people.
Fortunately, our investment in technology has meant we were well prepared for remote working, it’s meant minimal disruption to our customers, our focus on customer service hasn’t faltered and so our intention is to continue to work remotely for the immediate future.
Our plan is for a small number of our team to return to the office from 29th June. However, due to the size of the office and to meet social distancing requirements, we highly recommend phoning ahead to make an appointment. We will be allowing in one customer at a time and providing hand sanitiser and complimentary masks on entry.
We know that every individual and every business is facing their own battles during this time & we don’t know what the future holds. It is our intention to help you where we can. On a positive note, team members have been doing their bit within their communities, collecting prescriptions, delivering groceries, volunteering as NHS Responders & holding a virtual coffee morning in aid of our very own Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.
